Senior Electronics Procurement & Supply Resilience Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Assess supply risks and vulnerabilities across critical electronics and semiconductor categories
- Create transparency beyond Tier-1 suppliers and identify Tier-N supply chain dependencies
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to secure supply continuity
- Evaluate and establish alternative sourcing strategies and supplier options
- Drive supplier escalations and support critical commercial negotiations
- Monitor semiconductor and electronics market developments and assess their impact on supply security
- Define and implement roadmaps to improve supply chain resilience and risk management capabilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to address supply challenges
- Transfer knowledge, best practices, and risk management methodologies to the existing procurement organization
Profile
- Several years of experience in Electronics Procurement, Semiconductor Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management
- Deep understanding of semiconductors, electronic components, EMS, PCBAs, and control units
- Proven track record in managing component shortages, allocation situations, and supply disruptions
- Strong expertise in supply chain risk management and Tier-N supply chain transparency
- Experience within industrial manufacturing, automotive, or similar complex environments
- Ability to combine strategic analysis with hands-on execution
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
