Specialist Ramp Up (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- In this position, you will play a central role in ensuring that equipment capacity is available on schedule to support upcoming expansion phases
- Developing coordinated project plans for capacity growth, aligned with all relevant departments involved in upcoming ramp stages
- Planning and allocating equipment floor space to meet future operational requirements
- Managing the commissioning, monitoring, and execution of equipment installations, equipment relocations, facility preparations, hardware start-ups, process qualifications, and full automation integration
- Ensuring seamless collaboration with various cross-functional partners throughout all stages of the ramp process
Profile
- A completed degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in areas such as maintenance, production, industrial engineering, capacity planning, or facility management
- Fluent in English AND German
