    As VP of Products, you will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Lasernet platform, with a strong strategic emphasis on ERP ecosystems.

    Reporting directly to the CEO and operating as part of the executive leadership team, you will define how Lasernet Group continues to create value on top of leading ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and ERP environments used by financial institutions and other complex enterprises.This is a strategic and visionary product leadership role.You will look beyond individual releases and features, shaping how Lasernet positions itself as a mission-critical platform within enterprise ERP landscapes, while ensuring the organisation can execute with clarity, quality, and consistency.

    Your key responsibilities

    Product vision & ERP-centric strategy
    • Define, own, and clearly communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligned with Lasernet Group’s strategic and commercial objectives
    • Set the long-term direction for Lasernet’s ERP integrations and partner ecosystem, ensuring continued relevance within Dynamics 365, banking, and broader ERP environments
    • Gather and synthesise input from customers, partners, sales, marketing, and product development into a coherent, prioritised product strategy

    Product organisation & ways of working
    • Define what good product management looks like at Lasernet Group
    • Build and shape a scalable product organisation, combining strong internal expertise with selective external hires
    • Establish effective product ways of working that balance structure, agility, and transparency — while respecting long-tenured teams and existing knowledge

    Executive collaboration & stakeholder alignment
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and a key contributor to the executive leadership team
    • Build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Success, Legal, and Commercial functions
    • Drive alignment across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders

    Performance & continuous improvement
    • Monitor product performance across revenue, profitability, technical quality, and customer satisfaction
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases in ERP-driven and regulated enterprise environments
    • Champion fact-based decision-making and continuous improvement across the product portfolio

    The role is based in Ballerup with some travel invovled to the UK and Sweden.

    Lead Security Architect (m/k/d)

    • As a Cyber Security Architect at Grundfos, you will be responsible for a range of critical activities aimed at ensuring the security and integrity of our digital products and services. Your role will involve conducting assessments, staying updated on cyber threats, ensuring compliance with security standards, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our overall security posture.
    • Conduct assessments of projects and third-party vendors to ensure cybersecurity standards are met.

    • Assist with penetration testing, threat modeling, and review of product security documentation.
    • Collaborate with the AppSec program to ensure product compliance with security standards.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and awareness programs for development teams.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve existing security measures.
    • Ensure ongoing compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
    • Work closely with IT, legal, and compliance departments to ensure a unified approach to cybersecurity.
