Dine opgaver
- Perform field service as directed, including installation, maintenance, and repair of Diagnostics systems.
- Provide first-line onsite user training on Diagnostics systems.
- Organize routine maintenance on a monthly basis.
- Perform service on behalf of Perkin Elmer overseas offices, meeting all quality, regulatory, and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including circuit diagrams and manuals, in accordance with the Quality Management System.
- Align personal working practices with department targets and demonstrate compliance with team targets.
- Maintain service spares and inventory records to the highest standard.
- Ensure all tools and test equipment are adequate and calibrated.
- Complete all work orders and associated documentation promptly.
- Perform additional tasks as defined through the company's goals and embedded culture.
Din profil
- Bachelor's degree, HNC, or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or Chemistry and Biology to senior school level.
- Full driving license.
- Significant years of experience in a related Customer Service Environment.
- Experience in Liquid Handling, High Content Screening, or Immunisation Systems in a clinical environment is an advantage.
- Broad understanding of Prenatal and Neonatal Screening and Revvity Diagnostics Systems is a plus.
- Expert PC user with knowledge of Microsoft OS and Laboratory Information Systems.
- Background in Electronics, preferably in a high technology service environment.
- Excellent people management and motivational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, providing service information and technical support.
