(Senior) IT QA Engineer for Test Automation for a premium automotive company (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of test automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Appium.
- Integration of test automation into the CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins.
- Management of service providers from abroad.
- Creation and execution of automated tests for web applications, mobile apps and APIs.
- Use of Cucumber for BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) tests.
- Management of test cases and test cycles in Atlassian JIRA and Atlassian Confluence.
- Use of Xray for test management and reporting.
Your profile
- Degree in computer science or comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in test automation.
- Sound knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and Cucumber.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Atlassian Confluence.
- Knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD integration.
- Experience with Xray for test management is a plus.
- Analytical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and willingness for continuous learning.
- Good language skills in English and German (focus is English).
