Your responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals to support organizational objectives and employee needs in an international environment
  • Develop, implement, and optimize HR processes and policies as well as programs to attract, retain, and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify critical workforce challenges and facilitate effective solutions
  • Operate as a consultant and coach to leadership and employees to maintain a positive work environment and culture

Your profile

  • Degree in business administration specialising in HR management or a comparable qualification with a focus on HR
  • Profound professional and leadership experience in the field of HR, ideally in a technical environment
  • Holistic HR understanding is just as important to you as an operational hands-on mentality
  • Proven track record of success in strategic planning, organizational design, and talent development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance standards, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders

Salary information

Depending on qualifications and professional experience, the annual gross salary is between EUR 110,000 and EUR 120,000.
